Minor Hotels is bringing its Avani Hotels & Resorts brand to India with the new Avani+ Sunray Beach Visakhapatnam Resort. Located on Sunray Beach, the development will feature 117 hotel rooms and 58 villas, along with amenities like restaurants, a spa, pool, gym, and a 9-hole golf course. Expected to open by 2028 near the upcoming Visakhapatnam airport, this project by Sunray Green Space aims to cater to the growing business and leisure travel in the region. This marks a significant step in Minor Hotels' plan to open 50 new properties in India over the next decade.
